My Dolly Dearest is a store dedicated to the sale of dolls, bears, and accessories, from antique to contemporary. Here you will find anything from modern dolls to Jumeaus....Boyd's bears to vintage Steiff. You can also find both vintage and modern clothing, shoes, supplies, etc. for your dolls and bears.

The shop is located in quaint Stoudtburg Village in Adamstown, PA. It is next to The Black Angus Antique Mall which is on a five mile stretch of antiques shops, flea markets, and co-ops nationally known as "The Antiques Capital of the U.S.A. The shop is amidst a cluster of German style homes mimicing the homes of Germany years ago, where the shopkeepers had their stores on the first floor and lived above it.

The shop is relatively small, but boasts a rather large inventory of Madame Alexander, Vogue Ginny, Steiff, Robert Tonner, Georgene, Raggady Ann and Andy, and many other well-known brand names as well as antique dolls such as Kestner, Armand Marseille, Handwerck, Jumeau, chinaheads, and others. There are also a few other doll shops located in Stoudtburg Village. Pat Vaillancourt of "Through The Looking Glass" and Becky & Andy Ourant with "Village Doll & Toy Shop". My Dolly Dearest, owned by Sidney Jeffrey, has been in business since 1986, serving the doll and bear community, being in our new location since March of 2004. His specialty is vintage hard plastic and composition dolls from the 50's, as well as modern collectibles from the 1920's through the 1970's. Mary Hoyer "Gigi" is his one true love, having the largest collection of these rare dolls in the country. We have an on-staff licensed appraiser from the New England Appraisers Association who appraise one doll or a whole collection.
