CONSIGNOR PAYMENTS

Auction item payments to each consignor will be sent within
30 business days. This allows all checks to clear our bank as well as any buyers who
send in their payments late. If any item is sold, but the bidder does not pay, it will be
packed and shipped back to the consignor at their expense. We will not hold any item
not sold for a future auction.
If for some reason after the 30 day period, an item has not been paid for and shipped,
we reserve the right to deduct that purchase from the consignors check until it's been
paid for. Then we will send a separate check to cover that purchase.
